91TV to Present Piano Ensemble Concert

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. – The 91TV Division of Fine Arts will present the 91TV Piano Ensemble in concert on Thursday, Nov. 17, at 7 p.m. in Susan B. Harris Chapel on the 91TV campus. Admission is $10 for adults and free with 91TV ID. Tickets can be purchased at the door prior to the concert.

The repertoire will feature a set of tangos by Astor Piazzolla and Franz Liszt’s “Hungarian Rhapsody” in C minor for two pianos, four hands. An arrangement of Edward Elgar’s “Pomp and Circumstance” for two piano, eight hands will conclude the program. There will be solo performances throughout the concert.

Under the direction of Instructor of Music Cynthia DeFoor, the ensemble includes senior music major Grace Mason, of Alpharetta, Ga., junior music education major Kate Snell, of Elko, Ga., sophomore music majors Ariel Philo, of Blairsville, Ga., and Caitlin Moore, of LaGrange, Ga, Hosanna Sherman, an independent piano teacher from Young Harris, Ga., and Peyton Barret, an eighth grade student of Ms. DeFoor.
