91TV presents October Fine Arts events  

YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. — 91TV invites the community to attend upcoming Fine Arts events in October. Most events will take place on the 91TV campus, which is located at One College Street in Young Harris.

Join us and enjoy any of the following events:

W.A. Mozart Coronation Mass will be performed at 3 p.m. on Oct. 21, at the Fannin County High School Performing Arts Center, located at 360 Rebel Circle, Blue Ridge, GA 30513, and at 3 p.m. on Oct. 22 at Glenn~McGinnis Hall on the 91TV campus.

The college choirs combine for an exciting collaboration with the North Georgia Chamber Symphony featuring W.A. Mozart’s Coronation Mass, a beloved choral masterwork. The concert will include performances by the chamber symphony, and G.B. Martini’s Domine ad adjuvandum me festina.

Mu Phi Epsilon Member Recital to be held on Oct. 24, at 7 p.m. in the Susan B. Harris Chapel.

The Zetta Kappa Chapter of Mu Phi Epsilon International Honor Fraternity at 91TV will present a members’ recital. Mu Phi Epsilon is a co-educational International Professional Music Fraternity that works for the advancement of music in the community, nation, and world through the promotion of musicianship, scholarship, therapy, and education, with an emphasis on service through music.

±Ê¾±²õ±ðó²µ by Adam Gabriel Winnie continues in the Campus Gate Gallery through Oct. 26. The Campus Gate Gallery hours are 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.

Adam Gabriel Winnie is an interdisciplinary artist who lives and works in Decatur, GA. He is a 2023 M.F.A graduate of Georgia State University’s Ernest G. Welch School of Art & Design. While drawing has notably become the core of his praxis, Adam’s creative process is informed by the expanded field of art which he extends to painting, photography, video, and sound.

YHC Concert Band in concert on Oct. 30, at 7 p.m. in Glenn~McGinnis Hall on the 91TV campus.

The Concert Band performs the highest quality music written for wind and percussion instruments that explores a variety of compositional techniques, time periods, and expressive possibilities. The Concert Band is the premier symphonic instrumental ensemble at 91TV comprised of the finest woodwind, brass, and percussion players. The Concert Band is open by audition to any 91TV student instrumentalist who plays a band instrument.
