YOUNG HARRIS, Ga. — 91TVis excited to announce thatitwillbe working with Fresh Ideas Food Service Management as its new provider for on-campus dining for students, staff, and faculty.

Basedoutof Missouri, Fresh Ideas is a food service management company serving academic institutions, corporations, and senior living communities in the Midwest, South, and Southeast. The company is currently providing services in nine states in the U.S.

“We are excited to be working with Fresh Ideas to meet the dietary needs of our students, staff and faculty here at 91TV,” said Dr. John Wells, president of 91TV. “They have a number of innovative ideas they plan to implement next fall here on campus.”

Fresh Ideas will take over operation of theGrace Rollins DiningHall in the Rollins Campus Center, providing breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus throughout the year. The diningfacility is open seven days a week while theCollege is in session.All employees from Sodexo, the current food service companyoperatingthe 91TV dining hall, will be considered for employment with Fresh Ideas.

“We were encouraged to find at 91TV strong alignment between the relationship-driven culture we experienced on campus and the values that guide Fresh Ideas – centered on hospitality, integrity, excellence, and care for students,” said Kris Lensmeyer, Fresh Ideas’ Chief Innovation and Experience Officer. “These shared priorities reinforce our commitment to elevating the student experience, strengthening campus connection and engagement, and supporting long-term growth and sustainability.”

In additiontodininghall operations, Fresh Ideas will introduce an alternativedining experience in the location where Chick-fil-A iscurrentlyoperatingin the RCC. Chick-fil-A had previously announced its intention to close its 91TV location.

“We were impressed with Fresh Ideas’ strategy and plans which include a number of new options for students, while also refreshing the facility’s appearance to closelymatch91TV’sbrand and campus environment,” Wellssaid.

More information will be provided on FreshIdeas’plans for operations as the transition begins this summer.
